1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mpo09. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the mpo09 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you access mpo09 on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting, you agree to be personally responsible for any breach of these Terms by that person.

mpo09 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on mpo09, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo09 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or place a wager under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access and use online betting and gaming services.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law — you must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not be self-excluded from mpo09 or any other gambling platform, nor subject to any exclusion order that covers the services offered by mpo09.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of mpo09 or any of its affiliated suppliers or service providers.
• You must not be opening an account for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

4 Account Registration

To use the mpo09 platform, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all mpo09 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one mpo09 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpo09 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. mpo09 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mpo09 immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• Account closure: mpo09 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mpo09 is obligated under its international operating license to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be required at other stages, including at initial registration and upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds.

The standard KYC documents required by mpo09 include:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) issued by Indonesian authorities.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, OVO, or DANA account showing your name).

mpo09 will process all submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24–48 hours of receipt during business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted by Members who have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is complete. mpo09 reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard verification documents are insufficient to confirm identity or eligibility.

6 Deposits

All deposits to mpo09 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mpo09 supports deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is registered to a different person — are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• mpo09 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are not within mpo09's control.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your mpo09 account within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. E-wallet deposits are typically instant.
• mpo09 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per rolling period, which are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate wagering on the mpo09 platform. Any evidence of deposit activity inconsistent with genuine wagering will be investigated as potential financial misconduct.

7 Withdrawals

mpo09 is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as technically possible for all fully verified Members. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• KYC prerequisite: Withdrawals will only be processed to Members who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• Matched payment method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the majority of deposits. mpo09 may require additional verification where a withdrawal destination differs materially from the deposit source.
• Own-name accounts only: Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing times: For fully verified accounts, e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) average under 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) average under 15 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB).
• Minimum and maximum limits: Withdrawal minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are displayed within the withdrawal page of your mpo09 account.
• Pending wagers: Funds that are currently committed to active wagers are not available for withdrawal until those wagers are settled.
• Right to withhold: mpo09 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

mpo09 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Maximum bet rule: While completing the wagering requirement on a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is stated in the bonus terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution percentages are detailed on each promotion page. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and certain specialty games may have reduced or zero contribution.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of award. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Anti-abuse: mpo09 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• No obligation: mpo09 is under no obligation to offer any specific bonus to any specific Member and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the mpo09 platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, togel, slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), and specialty games:

• Finality of accepted bets: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the mpo09 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each product category and market on mpo09 carries its own minimum and maximum stake per bet. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Void bets: mpo09 reserves the right to void any wager where there has been an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, manipulation of market data, or any other circumstance that renders the original odds materially incorrect. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Member's account balance.
• Result disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event or game outcome, mpo09's decision — informed by official result sources and, where applicable, independent game auditors — is final and binding.
• Mix parlay rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with a combined odds multiplier. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. Specific mix parlay rules, including minimum and maximum selections and eligible markets, are detailed within the sportsbook product rules page.
• Voor bola: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets apply a goal advantage or disadvantage to level the betting field between unevenly matched teams. Specific voor bola settlement rules are described in the sportsbook product rules.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo09 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using mpo09 for the purpose of money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on mpo09.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or conduct matched-betting strategies that abuse promotional conditions.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies on the mpo09 platform. Any winnings generated from knowingly exploiting a malfunction are void.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward mpo09 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the mpo09 platform, including its software, user interface, or proprietary content.

11 Responsible Gaming

mpo09 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Member base. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment that must be enjoyed within clearly defined personal limits. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their mpo09 account at any time via account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary break from the mpo09 platform for a specified period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended and cannot be used for any purpose.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or semi-permanently exclude themselves from mpo09 may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: mpo09 may implement optional session duration alerts to remind Members of elapsed playing time during active gaming sessions.
• Age verification: mpo09 employs robust age verification measures to prevent underage gambling. Any Member who is found to have falsified their age during registration will have their account permanently closed and all funds will be subject to confiscation pending investigation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the mpo09 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphic design, logos, text, game assets, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo09 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mpo09 platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted. Specifically, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the mpo09 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the mpo09 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on the mpo09 platform or any of its game content.

Any unauthorized use of mpo09 intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo09 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the mpo09 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the Member.
• Any service interruption, technical malfunction, or platform downtime that affects the outcome or settlement of wagers, provided that mpo09 has taken commercially reasonable steps to restore service.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account due to the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any reliance by the Member on information published on the mpo09 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

In all circumstances, mpo09's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

mpo09 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mpo09 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of customer support services. mpo09 does not sell Member data to third-party advertisers. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to mpo09's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Data access and correction requests should be submitted to [email protected].

15 Amendments to These Terms

mpo09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is each Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the mpo09 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, you must cease using the mpo09 platform and may request account closure.

Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Member rights, financial obligations, or dispute resolution procedures — will be communicated to Members via account notification or email where reasonably practicable, in addition to being published on this page.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo09 holds its international operating license. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may hold under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the mpo09 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. mpo09's customer support team, reachable via live chat or at [email protected], is the appropriate first point of contact for all disputes.

Where good-faith negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

mpo09 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any Indonesian court in respect of disputes arising from these Terms, given the international nature of its operating license and the legal framework governing online wagering in Indonesia.
